Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about crypto payments, invoices, and how we work. For a full project quote, use Request service.

How does NOWPayments work?

When you choose NOWPayments on the service request form, we can issue a hosted crypto invoice for your quoted amount (USD equivalent). You pay on NOWPayments’ page in the coin or token they support; they handle conversion and settlement.

When payment completes, our system receives a secure webhook so we can mark your order paid and trigger invoicing per our normal flow.

What is direct crypto transfer and how do I get the 5% discount?

Direct transfer means you send cryptocurrency from your own wallet to addresses we provide — no card or third-party checkout for that leg of payment.

We apply a 5% discount off the standard USD-equivalent price when you select **Direct crypto transfer** on the registration form. After you pay, our team confirms receipt and issues your invoice from the admin workflow.

How do I receive my invoice?

Invoices are generated as PDFs and emailed to the address on your order. Signed-in customers will also see history in the customer dashboard when that feature is fully wired to your account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on work already delivered and the engagement terms agreed when you accept a quote. Contact us with your order reference; we’ll review case by case. Crypto refunds, when applicable, are handled in line with applicable policy and feasibility on-chain.

What countries do you serve?

We operate as a **fully remote** IT services company and work with clients globally, subject to our ability to support your stack, language, and compliance constraints. We do not list a physical storefront; engagement is remote by design.

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard practices: encrypted transport (HTTPS), reputable auth (Clerk) for accounts, and PostgreSQL on a locked-down server for application data. Access to production systems is restricted; payment details are not stored as raw card data because we bill in crypto via NOWPayments or direct wallet transfer.

For detailed terms, a full privacy policy can be published as the site matures; until then, ask us for specifics on retention and subprocessors if you need them for procurement.
